Hi, I’m Richard Yates, founder of Health Cover Now. With years of experience in employee benefits and expat health insurance, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams at Allianz Worldwide Care, where I managed operations across China and Asia. I’ve also worked with organizations like International SOS and Europ Assistance, handling everything from emergency evacuations to inpatient care for expats.

I’m deeply passionate about what I do and believe in providing a friendly, helpful experience for every person we work with. At Health Cover Now, we’re more than just brokers—we’re a team of advisors who truly understand the challenges of living abroad because we’ve been there ourselves.
